About the role:
加入武田作为导演,医疗队- Epilepsy where you will monitor the evolving healthcare environment and adapt the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to address scientific needs of internal and external stakeholders within the Medical Product Unit. As part of the US Medical team, you will report to the Sr. Director, Field Medical. This is a field-based role.
How you will contribute:
• Be the Medical Affairs lead with internal and alliance stakeholders
• Lead, manage, coach and develop MSL's to support overall business objectives for delivery of scientific communications of strategic importance to Takeda.
• Develop Field Medical strategies and direct MSL resources
• Align MSL activities with strategic and compliance objectives to support Medical Product Unit.
• Manage field medical (MSL and FME) including goal setting, development, and performance management.
• Represent Field Medical on all appropriate internal cross functional committees
• Approve strategy and plan for MSL coverage of professional meetings.
• Ensure training and oversee implementation and adherence to SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
• Create and maintain communication channels with internal stakeholders.
• Track and communicate MSL TA key accomplishments and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Approve MSL therapeutic area training plans.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• You will have a doctoral degree in a health sciences related field such as a PharmD, MD or Ph.D., with a grasp of the pharmaceutical industry.
• 4 years of managerial experience of individuals with an advanced scientific degree in a field-based group in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experienced in strategic leadership, teamwork, innovation, project management and demonstrated ability to manage, lead and mentor individuals.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and regulatory guidelines of pharmaceutical industry.
• Extremely self-confident, possess a strong work ethic, and focused on product improvement, innovation, and bottom-line results.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Base Salary Range: $165,200-$236,000, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
